When I first started a business from home three years ago, I was a brand new mum looking to work at a home business slowly while on maternity leave from a full time job in environmental education.
Second lot of maternity leave came round and I was still at it – dabbling in various marketing strategies – party plan, magazine advertising, word of mouth, info print drops. But not reaching the goals I had set myself.
Something had to change! And so, with time on my hands again (when babies are sleeping!), I jumped on the internet and discovered the world of on-line marketing. I read blogs, downloaded e-books, listened to webinars and tele-conferences and joined a large community of people doing business on the world wide web.
What a steep learning curve I experienced! I came across a movement of networkers all practicing the laws of ‘attraction marketing’. This was it! I definitely could see myself implementing these new ideas/strategies to create the wealth I so desired!
With a young family, and therefore with limited time and an unwillingness to leave them to market in the conventional manner, this could be my solution!
I wanted to succeed and create wealth, but I wanted to do it with my integrity intact.
Building my home business has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. Yes, it has been challenging and there have been a number of times I had doubts over whether I could actually achieve my set goals or not. But it has been my desire to succeed that has pushed me through – read more books, learn more skills, try other strategies! And I am so proud I have stuck with it! And now… my business is growing!
I represent a product range I truly love and believe in, and I love how my success depends on helping other like-minded individuals succeed at their own home businesses too.
And I can help you to achieve this same goal!
Because life is too short to be dissatisfied and unrewarded (emotionally or financially)!
